This Saturday (February 14) is a Soul Saturday, and there will be a Divine Liturgy at 9:00 am (Hours at 8:40 am) followed by a Panikhida for those who have fallen asleep in the Lord. We will have a meal afterwards.
If you have names to submit for the Panikhida, please call or text* Fr. Job.
We will also have the Vigil for the Presentation of the Lord at the Temple at 5:30 pm. This service is at least 2.5 hours long, and you are welcome to come to all or part of the service (beginning, middle, or end). The Divine Liturgy for this feast will be on Sunday and follow our regular Sunday schedule (Hours at 9:40 am; Divine Liturgy at 10:00 am followed by the Trapeza meal, the Law of God class for the children, and the instructional talk for all).
This Sunday (February 15) is also Meatfare Sunday, which is the last day we eat meat until Pascha.
* At the moment Fr. Job temporarily does not have email access, so the best way to reach him for the next few weeks is through phone call or text or face-to-face.
